Technical support

More often than not our customers require significant amounts of pre and post sales technical support on our products. This support ranges from simple activities such as providing the latest drivers to trouble shooting problems in the field. JEA provides this service through our team of factory trained engineers.

Warranty and non warranty repairs

JEA provides full warrant and non warranty repairs services for our products. We hold extensive stocks of spare parts and our factory trained engineers and technicians can support the peripherals that we sell for many years.

Logistics, VMI, Consignment Stock and JIT

JEA provides a range of inventory services for those customers who wish their supplier to take on a greater role in ensuring that stock is available on a just in time basis, without having to have large amounts of money tied up in inventory. JEA works closely with such customers and suppliers to manage the supply pipeline so that stock is available as it is required.

Design Assistance and contract manufacturing, turnkey projects, installation, field repairs and support.

JEA, with the assistance of our strategic alliances and partners, offers a smorgasbord of services to customers who wish to focus on their core business, and outsource functions which they consider non core. This can start from assisting with aspects of a design, to taking on the complete design and manufacture of a product to the customers specification, and even to getting the product installed in the field and serviced over its life.
